Thinking Theologically 1: Challenges and Tasks

This unit is an overview of the challenges and tasks of theology in the contemporary world. It engages with a range of voices, theological and otherwise, and introduces students to the practice of theology as an inter-disciplinary field of study. Students will be asked to contend with the possibilities of doing theology in a world marked by losses of meaning, conflicted diversity, and global crises.

Teaching and Learning Plan

This subject will involve:

  • Participate in discussions about theologians or theologies covered in this unit.
