The Roscoe Library and St Francis College’s academic support staff provide free personalised consultations, workshops, and learning resources to help you develop strong study skills and succeed in your coursework.

Course Advice
The Registrar’s Office and the Academic Dean are available to support you with course planning and enrolment. You can book an individual appointment to discuss:
Choosing units
Mapping out your course
Monitoring your academic progress
Credit or RPL applications
Adjusting your study load (reduced or increased)
Administrative support relating to enrolment

Library Services
Upon enrolment at St Francis College, students receive access to the Roscoe Library and the broader University of Divinity library network.

Library staff can help with research strategies, database navigation, referencing, and more. The Roscoe Library also provides study spaces and hosts events and displays connected to theology, ministry, and contemporary issues.

Accessibility on Campus
St Francis College is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students. Many areas of the campus—including classrooms, the chapel, common areas, and most outdoor spaces—are accessible to individuals with mobility needs.
Please note that the Roscoe Library building is not currently wheelchair accessible.
Students who require alternative access to library materials or research support are encouraged to contact library staff, who are happy to assist by:

Accommodation
St Francis College offers on‑site short‑term accommodation for students travelling from regional Queensland, interstate, or overseas to attend intensives, block units, or College events. Rooms are located on campus in Milton, providing a quiet, comfortable, and convenient place to stay just steps away from classrooms, the chapel, and community spaces.
Accommodation is suitable for:
Intensive students
Visitors attending College events
Short-term study retreats
Those needing a peaceful environment for focused academic work
The College is close to public transport (train, bus, CityCat) and within walking distance of cafés and amenities in Milton and Rosalie.

Mental Health and Wellbeing
St Francis College provides a safe and supportive community for students experiencing personal, physical, emotional, or mental health challenges. Together with the University of Divinity, we offer pathways for students to access appropriate support.
Students can meet confidentially with the Registrar or the Academic Dean to develop a personalised support plan tailored to their needs.
The University of Divinity also maintains a directory of counselling and healthcare services, including 24-hour emergency support options.
