This is a series of workshops offering participants knowledge and skills in basic leadership tasks for parish leadership. Participants will learn how to set a strategic direction, the type of leaders required and the dynamics of small groups, how to resolve conflict, how to manage change, and the pros and cons of one’s own leadership style.   

Each Workshop is led by an expert in their particular field.  The series of six workshops is presented over two hours on Monday evenings.

Dates: Mondays 7, 14, 21 and 28 September and 12 and 19 October from 7.00pm-9.00pm at SFC. 

Cost: No cost for this pilot program, just a desire for willing participants.
