Roscoe Library staff are excited to launch a new activity, Let’s Talk Resources!

Working in parishes can be isolating at times. Let’s Talk Resources! is an opportunity for, mainly but not exclusively, clergy to get together in an informal setting, share ideas and a wonderful afternoon tea before returning to their parishes or other ministry setting refreshed and inspired. Each gathering will have a specific theme directly relevant to your work and RL staff will speak about recent resources in that area. We encourage you to bring or recommend other items. If you have a favourite resource on the theme that is not yet held at the RL, please let staff know in advance as they may be able to obtain one prior to the gathering.

The series begins with the theme Year of Mark. In preparation for Lectionary Year B, the Rev’d Canon Dr Ruth Mathieson will share some reflections on the Gospel of Mark. Please gather your friends and colleagues, mark your diaries and register for catering and set-up purposes.
