St Francis College has been offering Spiritual Direction Formation programs for more than 15 years:
The one year “The Art of Contemplative Listening” introduces the stance and skills for deep listening and reflection. This can be used as credit towards the 4-year certificate in Spiritual Direction.
we also offer a 4-year Spiritual Direction Formation Program to explore a call to this ministry and to develop their practice in companioning others in their interior journeys. This formation program is formally recognised by the Australian Ecumenical Council of Spiritual Direction.
Students seeking a formal academic qualification may wish to consider the Graduate Diploma in Spiritual Direction at St Francis College.
