Thinking about studying theology? Exploring ministry? Looking for professional development or a deeper engagement with your faith?
Academic Program
Morning Session | 9:30am - 12:30pm
Join us for Student Experience Day and discover what theological education in the Anglican tradition can offer you.
A Student Experience Day is more than a chance to gather information. It's an opportunity to experience a learning community firsthand, meet the people who will support your journey, and explore whether theological study is right for you. Speak directly with faculty and current students, ask your questions, and gain valuable insights into study options, ministry pathways, scholarships, and student support.
Learn about our flexible study opportunities, available both online and on campus in Brisbane, and explore subjects including Biblical Studies, Church History, Mission and Ministry, Theology, and Anglican Studies. Hear about real student experiences, discover how our programs can fit around work and family commitments, and find out where theological study can lead.
Enquire: Exploring Christian Vocation
Afternoon Session | 1:00pm - 2:00pm
Enquire is the Anglican Church Southern Queensland's introductory program for people who wish to explore a possible call to authorised ministry in the Anglican Church of Southern Queensland. It provides a non-formal, structured and supportive environment for vocational discernment.
Join Clergy Development, Training and Wellbeing (CDTW) to discover how Enquire helps people explore God's call through personal spiritual development, ministry experience, conversations with discernment companions, and participation in local cohort groups. We will also explore the connection between vocational discernment and theological study, and why Enquire is such an important foundation for anyone considering ministry.
There will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions. Whether you are committed to discerning a call to ministry or simply curious about where God may be leading you, you are warmly invited to attend.
Your Next Step Starts Here
Whether you attend in person or online, you'll encounter a welcoming community committed to thoughtful engagement with Scripture, grounded in Anglican tradition, and dedicated to forming leaders for service in the Church and wider society.
Enjoy refreshments, conversation, and the opportunity to imagine what your next step could be.
Come with questions. Leave with possibilities.
Please note that if you are attending online, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to join one day before the event.
