The Rt. Rev’d Denise Ferguson serves as Deputy Director of Clergy Development, Training and Wellbeing. In this role, she has particular responsibility for the formation programmes that prepare candidates for ordination, as well as supporting those who are newly ordained, ensuring their ongoing development and wellbeing in ministry.
